Born from a deep love of authentic Chicago cuisine and a hunger to give the Rio Grande Valley something truly different, Scalisi's Chicago Pizza & More is where deep dish meets Texas hospitality. We set up shop at 1300 Trenton Rd in McAllen, built our stone oven, lined the walls with Chicago pride, and got to work. The result? A cozy, vibrant, welcoming space where the food is always fresh, the portions are always generous, and you always leave full — and happy.
